Cookie Notice

Traxit and its authentication provider, Clerk, use cookies to sign users in, maintain secure sessions, prevent abuse, and route users to the correct company workspace. These cookies are required for the service to work.

Traxit uses Sentry to detect software errors, diagnose performance problems, and keep the service reliable. Performance monitoring samples 20% of transactions. Diagnostics may include the page URL, browser and device details, IP address, error information, and technical events leading up to an error.

Session Replay is available only after a user has authenticated. It keeps a short, temporary buffer of recent interactions and sends a replay to Sentry only when the browser reports an error. Traxit does not upload samples of ordinary, error-free sessions. Replay is configured to mask all text and form inputs and to block images, video, and other media.

Sentry uses browser session storage for replay session information. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab closes. Error and diagnostic records retained by Sentry are handled according to Traxit's configured retention settings and service agreements.

Traxit uses PostHog in the authenticated web application to measure page usage, Web Vitals, whether selected workflows are completed, and feedback users choose to submit. The workflow events currently cover creating a job, scheduling an appointment, completing an inspection, sending a quote, and sending an invoice. Feedback type and text are sent only when a user submits the feedback form. This configuration does not automatically capture clicks, form entries, software exceptions, or ordinary session replays.

Analytics include an account identifier, permission-group name, a pseudonymous workspace reference, normalized page paths, and browser and device information. Traxit removes workspace slugs, record identifiers, query strings, and URL fragments from page paths before sending them. It does not send account names or email addresses as analytics properties.

PostHog uses browser local storage, rather than a PostHog cookie in this configuration, to maintain the analytics identity. The stored data remains until it is cleared by the application or browser.

Traxit does not use advertising cookies or use Session Replay to build advertising profiles or track users across unrelated websites.

You can block or delete cookies and site data using your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may keep Traxit from functioning correctly.

Traxit is intended for businesses and users located in the United States. It is not offered to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
