Cookies are small pieces of information saved in your browser. Traxit and our sign-in provider use them to keep you signed in, protect your account, prevent misuse, and open the correct company workspace. These cookies are required for the service to work.

Traxit uses an error-reporting provider to find software errors, investigate slow responses, and keep the service reliable. We measure performance for 20% of app operations. Error reports may include the page address, browser and device details, your internet connection's IP address, details of the error, and what the app was doing before it happened.

After you sign in, Traxit temporarily records your recent activity within the website. If the browser reports an error, we send the recording to that provider so we can review what happened on screen. We do not send recordings of visits where no error occurs. Recordings can show page text, images, other media, customer and job information, and information you type into forms, even if you have not saved it. Passwords, sign-in and verification codes, payment-card fields, and account security screens are hidden from these recordings.

Our error-reporting provider saves information in your browser to keep track of the current recording. Your browser normally removes that information when you close the tab. Reports and recordings already sent to that provider are kept according to the storage periods Traxit sets and our agreements with that provider.

After you sign in to the website, Traxit uses a usage-reporting provider to understand which pages people use, how long they stay on each page, how quickly pages load and respond, and whether people finish certain tasks. These tasks are creating a job, scheduling an appointment, completing an inspection, sending a quote, and sending an invoice. We send your feedback category and message only when you submit the feedback form.

This provider also collects which buttons, links, and form controls you click or change, and clicks that are repeated quickly or do nothing. These reports may include the wording of buttons and labels that are part of Traxit itself, such as “Send Invoice”. Traxit removes other text before sending them, including customer, property, and job details and anything you type into forms.

The provider may also record how pages are laid out and where you move and click. Before a recording leaves your browser, Traxit hides all text, information you type into forms, and images, so recordings show the arrangement of the page rather than what it says. Recording starts only after you sign in and stops when you sign out. This provider does not receive error reports.

These usage reports include a code identifying your account, the name of your access group, a code used in place of your workspace name, page addresses, and browser and device details. Before sending page addresses, Traxit removes workspace names, codes identifying individual records, and extra address details such as search terms or links to a particular part of a page. We do not include account names or email addresses in the details attached to these usage reports.

Our usage-reporting provider saves a code in your browser so it can recognize activity from the same account. This is saved separately from cookies and stays there until Traxit or your browser clears it.

Traxit does not use advertising cookies or use activity recordings to choose ads for you or track you across unrelated websites.

You can block or delete cookies and site data using your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may keep Traxit from functioning correctly.

Traxit is intended for businesses and users located in the United States. It is not offered to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
