Submit a privacy request

Email us from the address associated with your Traxit account. Include your name, employer or workspace, and whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, government identifiers, or sensitive attachment contents.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If your account and records are controlled by your employer or another Traxit customer, we may refer the request to that organization or require its authorization. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, financial, or other legitimate business obligations.

We will acknowledge the request and provide next steps using the contact information available to us. Applicable response periods depend on the type of request, the customer organization, and governing law.
